BQT fundraiser for the Marblehead Community Charter Public School: NOV 19

One of the foundations of The Big Quiz Thing's business is the trivia fundraiser. Over the years, we've raised giant gobs of cash for many worthy organizations, bringing  quiz fun to what could otherwise be a run-of-the-mill evening of speeches and solicitations. And best of all (from our POV, certainly) our fundraiser clients tend to be some of our most loyal, bringing us back year after year. A primo example: The Marblehead Community Charter Public School, in the delightfully named town of Marblehead, Massachusetts, where we'll be returning Saturday, November 19.

A live quiz show is perfect for fundraisers: Not only does our custom live game show encourage increased attendance, but thanks to a few extra fundraiser-specific gimmicks—we sell bonus clues, from the first letter of an answer to the chance to Google a given answer—the Big Quiz Thing is uniquely engineered to keep those wallets open and those faces smiling. The folks in Marblehead learned this firsthand: Our Boston quizmaster, Wes Hazard (author of this hilarious new book, BTW), led a fantastic event at MCCPS last fall (check out the winners at left), and due to popular demand, he'll be returning for a second year on the 19th: Another custom-designed edition of the ultimate live trivia fundraiser experience, to rustle up funds for this excellent community educational institution.
