How did I not know about this? The Skate Truck NYC is, yes, an actual truck that cruises the streets of, you guessed it, NYC, parking in strategic spots, renting out skates to adults, kids, old people, what have you, who are looking for a little eight-wheeled exercise and fun (either classic roller format or, in true '90s style, inline action). They even throw in special events and lessons into the mix.

Glancing at the STNYC's schedule, it looks like they can be found every weekend, either in Central Park (with a DJ!) or on Governors Island (fantastic).
