NYC quiz preview: The Big OSCARS Quiz Thing THIS SUNDAY!

The word from L.A. is that the BQT's first ever Oscars spectacular was indeed spectacular. And yes, it's coming to the BQT's original turf, New York City, on that most hallowed days, Oscars Sunday.

We're back at 92YTribeca, which every year does its own Oscars blowout: the red-carpet action and the full ceremony on the big screen. And for this year, one low ticket price buys you access to the quiz and the ceremony. Luckily, 92Y's fine, fine café makes spending an excessive amount of time there an unusually pleasant experience (but you of all people already know about that).

Just like in L.A., we have a bonanza of Oscars-centric trivia delights, including "20 Best Pictures: All at the Same Time," "Beeest Sooong Wiiiners," "Say Thank You and Get Off the Stage," and plenty more. It leads to three buzzermazing Three-Way Finale, where we'll crown New York City's undisputed masters of movie-award knowledge. I mean, right?
