Prize alert: Ladies' Night is nigh!

…to a runway show. Really. Explanation:

We're less than two weeks from the Big Quiz Thing's first ever Ladies' Night. I'm getting a lot of questions about it (most answers here), but the easiest response I've come up with is, "Because every other quiz show is Men's Night." I mean, right? Take the finale at the very last New York BQT:
Hardly atypical, of course. But we will have nothing of the sort at Ladies' Night (though Bex will be there). Be advised: The finale will be all women. If your team makes it into the finals and doesn't send up a women, oh well, too bad, you lose.

But fuck that, let's talk about something equally exciting: prizes.

The usual cash jackpot of $300, mais oui. Plus, we've gotten our hands on a wide array of sweet female-focused books (lots of sex, because apparently that's the only think you women are after), DVDs, maybe some scented candles, and we're working on a super-secret surprise. And here's a big one: Fashion Week!

Thanks to our friends at AMP3 PR, we have two seats at a Nolcha Fashion Week runway show, happening Monday, September 12 at 1 and 4pm (winner's choice; the invite above is for the earlier one). The fortunate recipient will also have access to the Apparel & Accessory Lounge running all afternoon long, which includes a complimentary Beauty Bar (makeup by Kroma, nails by Kiss—not the band, silly) and free cocktails from Don Q Rum. As a former employee of a women's magazine, I can assure you, this is an awesome, awesome prize.
